Scott Silver is a founder of Accord Mediation, LLC. He brings more than 35 years of experience as a civil litigator to his mediation practice, where he uses his knowledge to help litigants resolve their disputes without the continued expense, time, mental stress and uncertainty of continued litigation. As a litigator, he represented corporate entities, governmental agencies and individuals in thousands of mediations during his career. He has experience in and can mediate civil litigation involving: mass torts, personal injury, auto negligence, workers compensation, general liability, real estate, condominium and HOA disputes, products liability, real estate disputes, complex commercial litigation, business disputes, first party insurance disputes, property damage, and general civil litigation.

Scott grew up in South Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida, College of Pharmacy in 1986. After pharmacy school, Scott attended law school at the University of Miami. He graduated cum laude and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1989.
